You don’t need to “fix” your sabotage—you need to befriend it.
You’re not lazy—you’re protecting something
Self-sabotage doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re scared. It often appears when you’re on the edge of expansion—because part of you still believes success isn’t safe.
Ask yourself:
What does sabotaging myself protect me from?
What pain am I trying to preempt or avoid?
What story is being repeated here?
Then ask: What do I need instead?
Maybe it’s rest. Reassurance. A co-regulator. A deeper sense of safety before the leap.
You don’t need to “fix” your sabotage—you need to befriend it. When you do, you’ll find it begins to loosen its grip.
Prompt:
Next time you pull back, freeze, or ghost your goals, whisper:
💬 “What are you afraid will happen if I succeed?” Then write the answer with love.
